For the past 11 years, I have co-owned and run the project management consulting and training firm Oak Associates, Inc. In my career I have served as a management consultant and management trainer to engineering and product development professionals in Fortune 1000 companies, led a major new product effort in a Fortune 500 company, Managed an IT group, and performed Nuclear Engineering work for New England's Nuclear utilities.

I have a Masters of Science in Energy Engineering, a Bachelors of Science in Nuclear Engineering, and I am a certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP). When I started college at the University of Lowell (Now UMass Lowell) in 1979, I planned on entering the Energy Engineering program. Unfortunately, the program never amounted to much so, under the advice of my advisor I focused on a close cousin, the well established Nuclear Engineering program. This led me down an unusual career path that included Nuclear Engineering, Information Technology, Program Management, and Management consulting. While I enjoyed all of my previous roles, It's great to be getting back to my roots.

Over the past few years, my concern for the environment has grown and I plan, through the work of this company and my activism, to slow the effects of global climate change and keep this planet a pleasant place to live for my kids, their kids, and many generations beyond. As founder of New England Breeze, LLC, I will bring to bear my engineering, project management, consulting, customer relationship, and business skills to help you help the planet.
