New England Breeze is looking for a licensed Electrician, journeyman or master

Location: Hudson, MA

Description: This position is suitable for an experienced, high energy journeyman or master electrician with an interest in working in a small but growing company focused on solar and wind power installations. Duties include installing solar electric systems, general wiring, connecting solar and wind systems to the grid, light construction, solar thermal installation, excavation and troubleshooting existing projects. Applicants must be willing to work flexible hours to meet customer needs; have reliable transportation and a current driver's license with good record; and be ready to travel to customer sites.

Successful candidates will have strong communication skills, enjoy working as part of a team, dress appropriately when visiting customer sites, be punctual for all appointments, be able to lead others and have a willingness to learn and receive constructive feedback.

Required Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Journeyman or Master's Electrical license
• Excellent organizational skills
• Understanding of NEC and electrical calculations
• Ability to work on ladders and roofs of all pitches and heights
• Proficiency in bending all types of conduit including but not limited to EMT, PVC and RMC
• Basic hand tool skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Commercial and residential experience
• Computer networking experience
